Hiring Options

Temporary Assignments - We can supply temporary employees to work on a temporary assignment. Assignments can last from 1 day to an indefinite period of time. Our longest assignment lasted 4 years with the same employee working the entire length of time. Employees are FutureStaff employees. They are paid by us and covered by our benefits, insurance's and tax liability accounts. The client is billed on a hourly basis for every hour worked. The advantage for the client is that we recruit, train, and pre-qualify the employee. We handle all HR type administration.

Temp to Hire - These are assignments that allow the client and employee to "test drive" each other. Typically the employee will work as described above for 12 weeks. At the end of 12 weeks the client can hire the employee if both parties agree. The customer pays no fees except the agreed upon hourly bill rate for each hour worked during the 12 weeks. Obviously the advantage is that the client can work with the employee for 12 weeks before making a hiring decision. The client can find out a lot more about the candidate in 12 weeks then in a couple of hours of interviews.

Direct Placement - In this case we recruit and pre-screen a candidate for the client to immediately hire. The customer pays us a fee negotiated as a percentage of the first year's salary. We will typically guarantee the placement for 30 days. If the placement doesn't work out for any reason, except for lack of work, we will recruit a new employee at no additional fee. Typically these types of placements are for administrative, professional, accounting, supervisory, management, engineering etc....employees. Usually there is a salary range of $30,000 plus. The advantage to the client is that we will conduct a very specific employee search and pre-qualify the candidate. This saves the customer mucho time. As part of the service we will often call targeted competitors of the client to recruit their best employees away. The customer remains incognito!
